About meTEST & TEXT is a translation firm established by Jacek Kotarba - M.A. – certified (sworn) translator and court interpreter since 1995 I started offering language-related services (translation and language teaching) as early as 1991, when I established my first real firm: The Polyglot: School of European Languages, at Viale Umbria 21, Milan, Italy, i.e. the place I lived at the time.
